Angela Baltzell has joined our team and enjoys commercial real estate and property management. While she is new to the industry, she has quite a bit of knowledge leasing commercial space in her previous career as a restaurant owner in Bowling Green, Kentucky and Nashville, Tennessee, and property management as an owner of rental property.

Prior to her 11 years in the restaurant industry, Angela had corporate roles in event planning, hospitality management and marketing and development in Louisville, Kentucky. Angela has a passion for writing and was also a writer and editor for a local magazine in Bowling Green.

Angela has spent much of her time outside of work in volunteer positions and roles. While in Louisville, she was the chairman of the board of directors for the nonprofit Zoom Group, and more recently, she held board positions with Kentucky Kids on the Block and Haitian Christian Mission.

Angela recently moved to Centralia from Kentucky and is married to Pastor Seth Baltzell of City Hope Church. Combined they have a house full of four children ranging from 2 to 15.

Angela was a foster parent for five years leading to the adoption of two of their beautiful children. Advocating for children and the foster care system is still near and dear to her heart. Since her time in Centralia, she has become a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer and is working towards bringing additional services to foster parents in the area. She loves serving with her church family at City Hope Church and at the Southern Illinois Dream Center as well.
