"I am so excited to be at home at Rod Snow Real Estate. I have my hands in many things, but real estate and visioning are my favorite! Maybe you know me from the community or social media or teaching yoga, but I also come with 19 years combined experience in residential real estate, mixed-use real estate development, programming, marketing, and entrepreneurial ventures in both IL and CA. 

 

In addition to a career in real estate, I’m an entrepreneur, and my husband, Shannon and I, along with our two kids, have happily called Centralia home the last 11 years. Together, we currently own and operate Crooked Creek Winery, CCW Downtown, and a real estate development company, Re:purpose Development LLC, inspired solely by our former life in the city and a dream to revitalize a Downtown we love so much. As RPD, we own and manage a real estate portfolio in Downtown Centralia, and we are in the the thick of an epic historic renovation and development project we call the “Winery Block Project” that includes a wine bar, two restaurants, apartments, an elevator, community outdoor space, and a second phase. Prior to moving to Centralia, I practiced real estate with a #1 team in the LA beach cities and greater Los Angeles area, including recognition amongst the top producers and closings with first-time home buyers and HUD and renovation loans.
